We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any far more. He stated he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a big amount of cash out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have yet another woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was an additional woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just right after he had left our client.
We were able to provide our client with all of the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been getting an affair with this woman for many years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
